2–5+ years in technical support, field service, applications engineering, or a systems technician role.
Ability to quickly learn concepts across electrical, mechanical, optical, and environmental measurement applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Experience creating or editing technical documentation, user guides, or knowledge-base content.

- Hands-on experience using test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, cable testers, thermal cameras, or environmental meters.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, HVAC diagnostics, networking infrastructure, or security and CCTV installations.
