Product Information

The Triplett POE3000 In-Line PoE Tester Pro is a valuable tool that streamlines the installation and troubleshooting of PoE (Power over Ethernet) system devices. It simplifies the process by offering various detection capabilities. The tester's 4 LEDs indicate whether it complies with IEEE802.3af or 802.3at/bt standards. It can detect PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) type/class, power source, polarity, voltage, current, power, and determine if it is End Span (1/2, 3/6), Midspan (4/5, 7/8), or across all 4 pairs.

For added convenience, the tester can differentiate between standard PoE (36 to 60V) and non-standard (11 to 60V) passive PoE, making it suitable for various PoE setups. It also includes 2 yellow LEDs to indicate reversed polarity for power type.

The POE3000 provides inline power level monitoring that alternates between displaying Voltage, Current, and Power. It incorporates a step button for selecting specific data to display. No batteries are required as it utilizes system power when connected to a device.
