After downloading and installing this software, ensure that your PC recognizes the RHDL5 when connected—it should appear under 'Devices and Drives' on your computer. If the device isn't recognized, check for error messages from the manager software and ensure your USB ports are not restricted due to security settings. If you're still unable to locate the driver or have connection issues, re-installing the software may help. The RHDL50 is compatible with Windows 11. You might need to re-install the device's software to ensure proper functionality. After re-installing, check that your PC recognizes the device when it's connected via USB. A notification should appear when you plug in the device, and you should also be able to locate the device under "Devices and Drives" in your system settings. The RHDL50 software is not set to require any administrator access. If you are experiencing difficulty with installation please check the security features on your PC which may not allow programs to run. You would need to disable this feature or contact your IT/System administrator.
